Booking Policy
These booking terms apply to all Umrah bookings made through MashaAllahTrips.com.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Deposit Requirement
- A non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure any Umrah package.
- The deposit serves as a token payment and does not guarantee the final price of the package.
- Pay off all the dues on time before difference occurs in the rates.
- 50% of the grand total will be deposited to confirm the booking.
- Your deposit will secure the seat only and not the fare.
1.2 Balance Payment
- If travel is scheduled within 7–10 days of booking, the full package price must be paid immediately.
- Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will remain non-refundable.
1.3 Price Variation
Until full payment is received, the final package price remains subject to change due to fluctuations in:
- Airline fares
- Hotel rates
- Visa fees
- Currency exchange rates
Customers acknowledge that delayed payment may result in a higher final price.
1.4 Reservation Non-Transferability
- Bookings are non-transferable once passport details are submitted for visa processing.
- Any new reservation after cancellation due to non-payment will require a new deposit at the prevailing package price.
1.5 Right to Cancel
- MashaAllahTrips reserves the legal right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received within the payment deadline.
- Cancellation may occur automatically without liability for refunds beyond the deposit.
1.6 Peak Season Disclaimer
- No guarantee is given for allocations during peak seasons including Ramadan.
- Prices, availability and package components may change at short notice during these periods.
2. Mental Capacity & Legal Authority
By proceeding with any booking, the customer confirms that they:
- Are of sound mental capacity and able to understand the booking process
- Are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement
- Accept responsibility for reviewing and agreeing to all terms and conditions on behalf of all travellers included in the booking
Any misunderstanding arising from lack of awareness or comprehension will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
3. Reservation Details & Passenger Information
Passengers must carefully verify all booking details immediately upon receiving reservation confirmation, including:
- Passenger names exactly as per passport
- Date of birth
- Travel dates
- Flight numbers
- Transit times
- Origin and destination
- Stopovers
- Baggage allowance
Any discrepancies must be reported to MashaAllahTrips within 24 hours of receiving the reservation details.
Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of all booking details as correct.
4. Passport Requirements
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Passport changes after visa submission may result in delays, additional fees, or visa reapplication costs.
- Any legal name change after reservation submission may require the package to be rebooked and additional supplier charges may apply.
5. Visa & Immigration Requirements
5.1 Role of MashaAllahTrips
MashaAllahTrips acts solely as a third-party facilitator for Umrah visa applications through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
- We do not issue, approve or guarantee visas.
- Visa approval, rejection, processing time and final decisions are entirely at the discretion of Saudi authorities.
5.2 Non-Refundable Visa Fees
- All visa fees, MOFA charges, processing fees and service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Visa rejection or delays that prevent travel may result in the Umrah package being non-refundable.
5.3 Reasons for Visa Refusal
Visas may be refused due to reasons including:
- Previous visa violations or deportations
- Security or criminal record concerns
- Health or vaccination issues
- Immigration officer discretion
- National restrictions
- Inconsistent or incorrect documentation
- Failure to meet entry requirements
MashaAllahTrips cannot influence these decisions.
6. Accommodation Policy
Hotel star ratings are assigned by local tourism authorities and suppliers and may differ from UK standards. Some hotel rooms or promotional rates may be:
- Non-refundable
- Non-changeable
- Non-transferable
Once confirmed:
- Amendments may not be possible
- Cancellation may result in 100% cancellation charges
7. Airline Ticket Conditions
Airline tickets are subject to the airline’s fare rules and conditions of carriage.
Changes
- Date or flight changes may incur additional charges
- Fare differences must be paid where applicable
- Some tickets may not allow any changes
Cancellation
- Before departure: may be non-refundable depending on airline rules
- After departure: tickets are non-refundable
No-Show
Passengers may be classified as No-Show if they:
- Fail to check in at least 3 hours before departure
- Fail to board the scheduled flight
8. Transportation & Transfers
Shared Transfers
Shared transport operates on a group basis and may be affected by traffic, group schedules or operational requirements.
Private Transfers
Private transfers must be used at the scheduled time.
Delays exceeding 60 minutes may result in cancellation without refund.
Missed Transfers
Transfers missed due to passenger lateness are the responsibility of the passenger and are non-refundable.

Additional rules:
- A 24-hour cooling period applies only to package fees
- Refunds may be subject to transaction fees and exchange rate differences
10. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- Visa

- American Express
11. Force Majeure
MashaAllahTrips shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control including:
- Natural disasters
- Government travel restrictions
- War or political unrest
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Airline operational issues
In such cases, refunds or changes will be governed by the airline, hotel or service provider policies.
12. Travel Insurance
Passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical treatment abroad
- Travel delays
- Lost or damaged baggage
Failure to obtain adequate insurance is the passenger’s responsibility.
13. Acceptance of Booking Terms
By proceeding with the booking, the lead passenger confirms that:
- They have read and accepted the booking policy
- They are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all travellers included in the booking
- All traveller details provided are accurate and correct
