Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions of use carefully before using Mashaallah Trips’ website and making any bookings. You accept the Terms and Conditions when you visit the Site, without limitation. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site or make any bookings.
All customer service and booking-related communications should be directed to Mashaallah Trips or emailed to info@mashaallahtrips.com

Contents of these Terms and Conditions:

1. Your Agreement and Contract

2. Conditions for Delivery of Your Booking

3. Cancellations or Booking Changes

4. Terms and Conditions for Flight Bookings

5. Payment Conditions

6. Passport, Visas, and Health Requirements

7. Other Applicable Terms and Conditions

Your Contract and Agreement:

A ‘booking’ means any order for products or services you place on our Site which we receive and offer to you. A booking is confirmed when Mashaallah Trips receives full payment and sends a confirmation email (either from Mashaallah Trips or the relevant Travel Supplier).

All travel services featured on the Site are subject to availability. Mashaallah Trips offers various travel services, and the specific terms and conditions for your booking will depend on whether you book a Flight, a Package, hotel accommodation, holiday lodges, or a combination of services.

Mashaallah Trips acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, insurance companies, car rental services, and package holiday providers (Travel Suppliers).
When you make a booking via our Site and your selected travel service is available, the contract is directly between you and the Travel Supplier. Mashaallah Trips is not a party to this contractual relationship.

Flight Booking Terms & Conditions:

In particular, please note that in relation to air fares there are additional terms specific to that fare. For example, ‘economy restricted’ tickets are normally non-changeable and non-refundable. Flights must be used in the order set out in your itinerary – for example, failure to use the outbound flight or the first stage of your journey could result in the invalidation of the entire ticket. Please note that for flight tickets, the recommended minimum check-in time is 120 minutes prior to departure for international flights and 90 minutes for domestic flights.

Some airlines require you to reconfirm your return flight booking at least 72 hours before your travel date. Failure to reconfirm your flight booking directly with the airline may lead to cancellation. Additionally, the majority of airlines reserve the right to make schedule changes and cancel confirmed bookings. While Mashaallah Trips, acting as an agent, is not responsible for such schedule changes or cancellations, we will provide you with reasonable assistance through our customer service team. We strongly recommend (particularly if you are flying economy class) that you check in early if you have specific seat preferences.

Mashaallah Trips has no control over the allocation of seats, even if pre-booked with the airline, and cannot guarantee that specific seats will be available at the time of departure. Furthermore, Mashaallah Trips is not responsible for any costs that may be incurred due to transfers between different airports or terminals. Flights priced at special fares or best available prices may not always follow the most direct route. Some itineraries may involve a change of aircraft en-route. A flight described as “direct” is one where there is no need to change aircraft during the journey, although stops may still occur for refueling or to allow passengers to board or disembark. Flight times are provided on the 24-hour clock system and are approximate, based on outbound flights.

Direct Flight:
A flight that maintains the same flight number throughout the journey but may involve technical stops (e.g., refueling, boarding passengers). It is different from a nonstop flight.

Nonstop Flight:
A flight that travels directly from the point of departure to the final destination without any intermediate stops or layovers.

Queries and Complaints:

Please get in touch with our customer services team if you have any enquiries or complaints relating to your booking prior to departure. If you experience any issues with a Travel Supplier and/or hotel during your stay, please ensure that you formally register your complaint with the relevant Travel Supplier before your return. If you have any other enquiries or complaints relating to your booking during your stay, please contact our customer services team upon your return and no later than 30 days after your return, providing your booking reference and all other relevant details. If Mashaallah Trips or any of our Travel Suppliers require additional information, you must supply it promptly in writing. It is important that this straightforward process is followed, as both we and our Travel Suppliers must be given the opportunity to review the issue and, where possible, resolve it swiftly.
